At Loucas Law, we focus on working with families who have suffered catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.
The Loucas Law Firm was established in 1995 by George E. Loucas. The firm limits its’ practice to helping families in the area of complex civil litigation, with special emphasis in medical negligence, prescription drug overdose, wrongful death, catastrophic injury and significant personal injury. The firm has additional experience in pharmaceutical and medical mass torts, insurance class action litigation, whistleblower and mesothelioma cases.
Our team at Loucas Law is led by George E. Loucas, a pharmacist as well as practicing attorney. Our attorneys have over 60 years combined experience in representing families in Ohio. Our team has a keen understanding of the medical issues involved in prescription drug overdose, medical malpractice, wrongful death and serious personal injury litigation. Our team will use our comprehensive medical, and pharmacological knowledge and our legal expertise in order to litigate each case to the fullest extent.
George is the leader in Ohio and probably the country in fighting Drug Overdose Death (Drug OD) cases from prescription painkillers. Drug OD deaths are the leading cause of accidental death in Ohio and the United States! The Center for Disease Control has identified these deaths as an epidemic. George started handling these cases 10 years ago; has successfully handled dozens, with some settlements achieved without filing a lawsuit. His pharmaceutical and legal knowledge combined with his education in drug and alcohol addiction provided the necessary expertise to recognize and fight these needless deaths.
The attorneys at Loucas Law possess the highest academic credentials, maintain strong community ties, and are committed to the pursuit of excellence in legal representation for families. At the Loucas Law Firm, we work hard to provide the best possible representation to our clients in a professional manner, and we strive to deliver superior results. We report regularly on the status of their case, we involve them in the decision-making process, and above all, we listen to their concerns. Our dedication to quality, understanding of the law, trust and respect of the families are the foundation of our long-standing relationships with clients throughout Ohio.
